1. Involving those affected by patient safety incidents in the learning process (1 day)
2. Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Oversight (2 x 3 hours)

General safety investigation courses

1. Investigative interviewing (3 hours)
2. Demystifying thematic analysis (3 hours)

Courses are provided free of charge to NHS staff in England who are involved or have an interest in patient safety investigations. Currently they are not available to those outside of these settings.
