Alexandra B Milsom, Science and Innovation Programme Lead, Office of the Chief Scientific Officer is pleased to be able to share with you a new report by the PHG Foundation – The personalised medicine technology landscape – recently launched at the NHS Expo on 5th September. This report presents an independent evidence synthesis for NHS England on the developments in science and new technologies that could have an impact on the greater personalisation of medicine. The report also details a number of key considerations around the challenges to implementation and the actions needed to support the delivery of personalised medicine approaches for patient benefit.
