STP Equivalence Guidance updated

The latest versions of the Guidance for STP Equivalence and the Certificate of Competence have been published.

The updates include v4 of the Equivalence Handbook for STP, v10 of the Guidance for Applicants and v9 or the Guidance for Assesssors.

There are also revised (v2) guidance for the Certificate of Competence for Anatomical Pathology Technologists, Genetics Technologists, Ophthalmic Science Practitioners and Tissue Bank Technologists.
