Embedding PPI in Healthcare Science Education & Training – Birmingham 29 Jun 2015

Newcastle University and MAHSE (the Manchester Academy for Heathcare Science Education) are holding an event Pathways to Embed Patient & Public Involvement in Healthcare Scientist Training Programmes in Birmingham on 29 June 2015. Register by Friday 5 June.

We are having our final event to introduce the report written as a result of the Pathways to Embed Patient & Public Involvement in Healthcare Scientist Training Programmes project.  Professor Sue Hill, Chief Scientific Officer, will be the keynote speaker, with the full list of speakers and sessions set out in the flyer for the day.

The event is being held on Monday 29 June at The Discover Room, The Studio, 7 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B2 5EP.

Registration will be open from 10.30 and the event will begin at 11.00am.  There will be a chance to network and lunch available afterwards from 13.00 – 14.00.

To support public and patient representatives to attend, reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed for members of this group.  Please ask for an expense form on the day which will need to be submitted with your original receipts.
