Updated guide to national Bacteriology reference labs issued
Public Health England has updated its guide to the services from four national bacteriology reference laboratories based at Colindale, London
This document includes information on the four national laboratory reference units a of the Bacteriology Reference Department of PHE and how to obtain tests and services.The units are:
- Respiratory and vaccine preventable bacteria reference unit (RVPBRU)
- Sexually transmitted bacteria reference unit (STBRU)
- Gastrointestinal bacteria reference unit (GBRU)
- Antimicrobial resistance and healthcare associated infections reference unit (AMRHAI)
