NHS North West Research & Development conference – 24&25 September
Registration is now open for the NHS R&D North West Conference to be held on 24 and 25 September at Bolton Whites Hotel (at the Reebok Stadium)
The first annual NHS North West Research and Development conference is designed to provide health and social care professionals with an opportunity to increase their understanding of the research landscape within the region, hear from some of the leading researchers and share best practise in cultivating cultures of research and innovation in clinical teams.
Keynote speakers include:
- Simon Denegri – NIHR National Director Public Participation & Engagement in Research and Chair, INVOLVE
- Clare Matterson – Director of Medical Humanities and Public Engagement, Wellcome Trust
- Prof. Margaret Whitehead W.H. Duncan Chair of Public Health at Liverpool and Head of WHO Collaboration Centre for Policy Research on the Social Determinants of Health
- Dr Nicki Latham Chief Operating Officer Health Education England and Executive Lead for Research
