Finance & Performance Committee
The Finance & Performance Committee (FPC) is responsible for the scrutiny and review of Corporate Governance arrangements within the Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS).
FPC also monitors the performance of the Academy; measures departments’ success with service delivery and financial targets and is also responsible for investigating Academy decisions that have been called into question.
FPC also has various audit and risk function responsibilities, as well as scrutinising policy decisions, service delivery and monitoring spending levels.
