Patient Safety Learning share top tips for patient safety

Patient Safety Learning (PSL) asked the Patient Safety Group (PSG) of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) to draw up their top tips for patient safety in surgery in a “Safety in surgery series”.

Whilst these tips have a surgery focus, we believe that these tips have wider applicability beyond surgery and are helpful for Healthcare Scientists.
