HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance & Ethics: Workshop & Survey

The HCPC has recently begun a review of our standards of conduct, performance and ethics (SCPEs). These standards set out how they expect registrants to behave and what the public can expect from our health and care professionals.

They will be running a dedicated workshop for learners, as their specific perspective on the standards is invaluable. If you wish to take part in the review, you could also complete the survey which explores familiarity with the standards, thoughts on the relevance and the learner’s understanding of them. The survey should take no more than 7 minutes to complete and closes on 9 September 2022.

Next steps

The initial feedback received through these avenues will shape the formal consultation on the SCPEs. HCPCP aim to begin the consultation phase in October 2022.
