Leadership: How to inspire others in a difficult world

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we will be joined by Helen Bevan, Chief Transformation Officer at NHS Horizons, and Claire Parker, Senior Programme Lead in the national Health and Wellbeing team at NHS England and NHS Improvement.  We will also be joined by:

Sheni Ravji-Smith System OD & Leadership lead, Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, Joanne SmithHealth & Wellbeing Strategic Lead and ‘Health and Wellbeing Champion’, Lancashire & South Cumbria Foundation Trust and Anna Dalziel– Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust.

During the session you will hear Helen Bevan sharing her thoughts on Leadership and Power.  There will be a fantastic opportunity to be ‘in conversation with…’ some of our colleagues from the system, who will be sharing their experiences, learnings and top tips on leading and inspiring staff in a difficult world. Sheni Ravji-Smith will be talking to us about their HWB Toolkit, their inclusion agenda and their insight and role in culture and leadership development. Jo Smith will be sharing insights from her role as a ‘Health and Wellbeing Champion’ in her organisation and last but not least, Anna Dalziel will share the innovative HWB leadership approaches that they have been implementing in Cornwall and how these can be scaled up for the benefit of other organisations.
