ICA Mentorship Scheme

The ICA Mentorship Scheme provides doctoral and post-doctoral ICA awardees with the opportunity for one-to-one clinical academic career mentorship.

The ICA Mentorship Scheme has a faculty of experienced mentors who can share their insights and experiences of working in healthcare and higher education organisations often as clinical academics. They are currently working as senior healthcare researchers and professional leaders and understand the challenges.

We are currently recruiting for Mentors working in Dietetics, Healthcare Science, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy etc, as we have seen a large increase in Mentee requests from individuals in these specialisms.
