HCPC Diversity Data Survey 2020-21
HCPC launched its Data Diversity Survey on 15th December 2020, but are still eager to hear from more of its registrants, specifically those under the age of 45, who are slightly underrepresented in the data HCPC has collected so far. Without enough responses from registrants in the younger age brackets, the data will not be fully representative. This will skew HCPC’s ability to meaningfully analyse the diversity of your profession and identify how its processes and policies may impact on your age group specifically. Your input will help HCPC identify what measures need to be put in place to better support you.
