Student Support guidance for Scotland during COVID-19 Outbreak: Applied Biomedical Science Students

Karen Stewart, Interim Chief Healthcare Science Officer, has updated information regarding the employment of Biomedical Science students to help deal with the Covid-19 emergency, following on from the letter sent to students on the 27 March.  Attached is guidance for final year Applied Biomedical Science students who have completed all their clinical practice placements, regarding changes to their programmes, and what this means for them.

This is the first version of the guidance. Where there are updates, or clarification, the online guidance will be updated, circulated. This should be read alongside guidance published by the Scottish Government and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
