The Advancing Healthcare Awards UK are now open to AHPs and healthcare scientists throughout the UK, recognising and celebrating the achievements of these professions and those who work alongside with them.
This year the Advancing Healthcare awards have a green theme with DEFRA’s sponsored award to mark their Year of Green Action and we are asking all entrants to reflect on how they have taken positive action to improve the environment. We’re also pleased to announce two new AHP awards – the Council of Allied Health Professions Research (CAHPR) award for evaluating health and social care practice and the Chroma award for excellence in neurorehabilitation sponsored by Chroma in association with the Independent Neurorehabilitation Providers Alliance. The Guardian sponsors the award for AHPs working with people who have mental health problems.
Closing date for nominations s 8th January 2020.
The awards will be presented on 20 March 2020 at a central London venue.
