Academy responds to HEE Research & Innovation strategy
The Academy for Healthcare Science has responded to the draft Health Education England Research & Innovation strategy, setting out priorities for improvement.
The Academy has responded to HEE Research & Innovation Strategy, setting out the importance of Healthcare Science in delivering innovation, adoption and research in the health and care system. The response sets out three clear priorities for improvement:
- Specific time within staff contracts for research and innovation
- Formal hybrid job roles that combine frontline service delivery with research and adoption work
- Co-ordinated suppport for professional learning networks
