NHSE (London) are offering ‘Practical Skills in Educational Training and Leadership’ (PESL) a fully funded opportunity for Healthcare Scientists in the North and Midlands areas currently working as trainers in the NHS.
NHSE (London) are offering ‘Practical Skills in Educational Training and Leadership’ (PESL) a fully funded opportunity for Healthcare Scientists in the North and Midlands areas currently working as trainers in the NHS.
This 4-day program has been designed with HEE and HCS specialists in training and leadership. The program has also benefited from two years of academic evaluation. We are working the Academy and the School in the delivery of this.
If you are successful in getting a place please note your commitment is to attend all four days, 4 half day action learning sets and to undertake a small improvement project of your choice.
