HCPC have launched three new consultations:

1. Guidance on social media for registrants
2. Revised guidance on CPD
3. Revised guidance on confidentiality

All three consultations will run until Friday 13 January 2017.

HCPC are Now recruiting for the Tribunal Advisory Committee.

HCPC have made changes to online Register. Following a full consultation process, ‘Local anaesthetics’ (LA) and ‘Prescription only medicines’ (POM) annotations have been amended. The annotations are available for chiropodists / podiatrists who have completed training to use these entitlements. ‘Local anaesthetics’ will become ‘Prescription only medicines – administration’ and ‘Prescription only medicines’ will become ‘Prescription only medicines – sale / supply’.  Modalities for arts therapists and radiographers will also be shown on the Register which means that the online Register now reflects the different parts of these professions.
